SHY boutique loves you and we are certain you'll love your order but if you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or store credity ONLY. Items must be in perfect, unused or unworn condition (this includes items that have been washed, altered, or come from a smoking household) Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
